On June 27, 2023, the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation, in partnership with ScrumTrek and the Enterprise Agile Russia and GOS-Agile communities, held an offline mini-conference on the topic "GOS-Agile 2.023: flexible government contracts". More than 110 representatives of departments and companies took part in the work.

The conference featured reports from government customers and contractors (RTLabs and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, GNIVC and the Federal Tax Service, Smart Consulting and the Ministry of Justice of Russia, ELMA and RUSNANO), in which the speakers shared with the audience practical experience in building work processes that allow both fulfilling obligations and flexibly responding to changing priorities and requirements.

FINTECH JSC was represented at this conference by Sergey Zapolskikh, head of the department for the development of secure automated systems, and Amir Akhmadyarov, deputy director for development.

At the end of the event, results were summed up, and wishes were expressed about the need to work out budgeting issues, the introduction of information systems to end users, and the creation of effective, easily scalable projects based on the GosTech platform.
