On September 17, the fifth CNews conference was held in Moscow, dedicated to the topical issue of digitalization of the public sector under the national project "Digital Economy".

In 2024, the "Digital Economy" project is coming to an end, and the further development of the IT industry will be determined by the new national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State". Its main goal is wider use of data and further digital transformation of government structures, the formation of digital platforms and their use in all key sectors of the economy and social sphere, as well as increasing the accessibility of digital services for all citizens.

At this conference, some results of the "Digital Economy" project were summed up, issues of import substitution in the public sector, the role of the state in supporting the IT industry and overcoming the staff shortage were discussed; the "GosTech" platform as the basis for the digitalization of government structures; information security of state information resources.

Also, within the framework of the new national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State", issues related to its implementation were discussed.

At the conference, our Company was represented by Oleg Shcherbina, Director of Business Development at FINTECH JSC. In his report "Architectural framework for the digital transformation of the state" he revealed the problem of digital transformation of the state, foreign experience in implementing this task, as well as advanced domestic experience in digitalizing public administration (report presentation).
