Occupational safety at FINTECH JSC

FINTECH JSC gives priority attention to occupational safety and industrial safety. Modern monitoring systems and personal protective equipment (PPE) meeting the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation have been implemented at our production facilities and offices.

All regulatory documents on occupational safety are posted in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The company's current licenses and certificates are also available in the corresponding section.

Special assessment of working conditions:

Based on Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 426-FZ of 28.12.2013 ( Clause 6, Article 15) "On Special Assessment of Working Conditions" and Order of the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation No. 33n of 24.01.2014, we publish the results of the working conditions assessment conducted at FINTECH JSC.

Register of regulatory legal acts:

In compliance with the requirements of the labour legislation of the Russian Federation (Article 214, paragraph 25, Part 3 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation) and in order to familiarise the Company's employees with occupational safety requirements, we publish a register of regulatory legal acts in accordance with the specifics of FINTECH JSC's activities.
