1. General provisions

The Operator may process the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; phone number; email address; organization name.
6. Procedure and conditions for personal data processing
Personal data is processed with and without the use of automation tools. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
Personal data is stored no longer than is required by the purposes of its processing, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. Rights of the personal data subject
The personal data subject has the right:
- to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data;
- to request the rectification, blocking or destruction of their personal data;
- to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- to appeal the actions of the Operator to the authorized body.
8. Final provisions
