 FINTECH JSC provides technical support as part of the fulfilment of contractual and agreement obligations.

 The unit responsible for the provision of comprehensive technical support is the Technical Service Center of FINTECH JSC (hereinafter referred to as the TSC).

3 levels of technical support:

  • SLA-1
    operates in 24/7/365 mode and is responsible for collecting and recording the maximum amount of reliable incident information from the end user, as well as for entering the received information into the automated technical support management system in order to further resolve the issue. Each incoming request is classified, prioritized and assigned to the required specialist or group according to certain criteria. In case of a typical or already described and widely known problem, first-line specialists independently provide technical support to the end consumer.
  • SLA-2
    are highly specialized profile specialists responsible for solving more complex and/or unknown problems, as well as for generalizing experience and maintaining a database of known faults (Knowledge Base). Second-line specialists are practitioners who, among other things, are involved in testing and pilot implementation of technical solutions subsequently adopted as the basis for our company's products.
  • SLA-3
    specialists directly involved in the creation of software products and engaged in solving problems that require additional research and/or changes to the design and/or program code of the product.

 WARRANTY SERVICE:

The Service Logistics Center of the Technical Service Center (SLC TSC) ensures warranty and post-warranty repair of products manufactured by FINTECH JSC, as well as repair and restoration work on a wide range of IT equipment.
