The Fintech team spent the first weekend of July pleasantly and productively — we had an offsite team building — paddleboarding.

More than 30 employees, taking their children and significant others with them, came to the picturesque "Silver Forest" — a unique natural monument within the city limits.

The route of the paddle run passed along the Moskva River through the Bottomless Lake, rich in flora and fauna: beavers, ducks, red-listed water lilies.

In addition to the most interesting entertainment and sports activity, we truly felt the unity of our team. Through informal communication, employees got to know each other better, especially the "newcomers". We honed our teamwork skills in an environment unusual for a working team.

After the corporate paddleboarding, on the river bank, during a barbecue, enjoying the most delicious homemade shish kebab and drinking healthy herbal tea with fruit, we shared ideas about the best qualities of our team, enjoying the harmony and surrounding landscapes. We played beach volleyball and table tennis. Our employees had previously chosen their favorite board games themselves and in the evening arranged small competitions right on the river bank.

We went home full of beneficial energy, with the desire to definitely repeat such a successful experience.
