Design and development of automated information systems

AIS design and development

What we create

FINTECH JSC carries out the design and development of automated information systems (AIS) of any complexity, including in secure configuration. When building systems, we use our own low-code platform SintezM, and to ensure security we apply certified cryptographic information protection tools (crypto). The infrastructure is built on the basis of data storage systems and transport subsystems.

Our specialists have many years of experience in creating systems for government agencies, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and the Border Service of Russia. All projects are developed in accordance with GOST 19 and 34 series and take into account the requirements of protection of information from unauthorized access. The systems created can be built on the basis of the certified digital platform SintezM and undergo attestation testing in our own testing laboratory.

As part of the design, we develop systems for government customers, including automated workstations for special document verification, the AIS "SKIF-BP" for financial management and specialized software based on the SintezM platform. All solutions undergo attestation testing in accordance with the requirements of FSTEC and the FSB of Russia.

Stages of AIS development

Development of an AIS is carried out in accordance with GOST 19 and 34 series and includes the following stages:

  • formation of requirements for the AIS;
  • development of the AIS concept;
  • development of the technical specification;
  • draft design;
  • technical design;
  • development of working documentation;
  • commissioning of the AIS;
  • maintenance of the AIS.

Design work

As part of the development (creation) of an AIS, the following design work is carried out:

  • pre-project survey;
  • conceptual design;
  • draft design;
  • technical design;
  • working design.

The project contains a full set of organizational, design, technological and operational documentation for the AIS.

Pre-project survey (predesign inspection)

  • collection and processing of information about the organization and operating specifics of the automation facility, including data on its interaction with the external environment and other facilities;
  • system analysis, development of a feasibility study for the expediency of automation;
  • development of general requirements for the creation of the AIS.

Conceptual and technical design

Conceptual design

  • development of the AIS concept;
  • development of the technical specification.

Draft design

  • development of preliminary design solutions for the system and its parts.

Technical design (preliminary design)

  • development of design solutions for the system and its parts;
  • development of documentation for the AIS and its parts;
  • development and preparation of documentation for the supply of products to complete the AIS and/or technical requirements (technical specifications) for their development;
  • development of design assignments in the related parts of the automation facility project.

Working design (detailed design)

  • development of working documentation for the system and its parts;
  • refinement and detailing of the results of previous stages;
  • creation and testing of a prototype and/or pilot-industrial sample of the automation facility;
  • development and debugging of software products, technological and operational documentation.

AIS design principles

In the process of designing and developing numerous AIS, the company adheres to the following principles:

  • design of virtualization infrastructure and integration of components;
  • Identity — development of a new, improvement of an existing or implementation of an externally obtained AIS are scientific and technical problems similar in content, differing from one another only in the content of a number of stages and time parameters;
  • Manufacturability — automated technology means the development of a new technology or the modernization of an existing one under AIS conditions and does not allow the simple use of developed software and hardware under old traditional technologies;
  • Continuity, staged nature and succession of AIS development and evolution — systems are constantly evolving, each innovation serves the development of the main system principles and the already achieved quality;
  • Adaptability — the components of the AIS must have properties that ensure their rapid adaptation to changes in the external environment and to new tools;
  • Modular principle of building software and hardware — the composition of these tools consists of blocks ("modules") that ensure the possibility of their replacement or change in order to improve the functioning of the AIS or adapt it to new conditions;
  • Technological (including network) integration — implies a unified technology for creating, updating, storing and using information resources for the entire system;
  • Full normalization of processes and their monitoring — multi-purpose use of AIS information requires ensuring high data reliability in the system;
  • Regulation — AIS are focused on functioning in an industrial mode that ensures mass, streaming data processing;
  • Economic feasibility — the creation of an AIS involves the selection of design solutions that, while achieving the set goals and objectives, ensure the minimization of costs;
  • Typification of design solutions — development and evolution of AIS and their networks is carried out with a focus on unified technologies;
  • Corporateness — when designing an AIS that is part of a higher-level system, its hardware, software, linguistic and information compatibility with other participants of the system is provided;
  • Focus on the top management of the automation facility — the successful execution of AIS creation works is possible only if they are unconditionally supported by the first person of the automation facility.
