What is an E-QES

An enhanced qualified electronic signature (EQES) is the most protected type of electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature with a seal on a paper document. It is created using cryptographic tools certified by the FSB of Russia and issued by accredited certification centers. It is mandatory for LSEDF, public procurement and reporting to the FNS.
