Operations in Russia

Datalogic officially withdrew from Russia in 2022. Import and circulation of Datalogic products within the Russian Federation are prohibited; supplies are available only through parallel import. Warranty service is not provided. For government projects, it is necessary to use Russian scanner and terminal manufacturers included in the Ministry of Industry and Trade registry.

Warranty Periods

Datalogic products were provided with warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the equipment category. Under current conditions, warranty service is not officially provided.
