About TONK

The company has been on the market since 2007 and during this time has built its own high-tech production facility in Russia, capable of producing tens of thousands of thin clients and hundreds of servers every month. All products undergo a multi-stage testing system and have the required certificates; equipment comes with a three-year warranty.

TONK product categories

1. Thin clients

TONK thin clients are built on AMD Dual-Core processors (TN1500/TN1800 series) and support video output in resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160). The devices are fanless, weigh only 500 grams, and can be mounted on a VESA standard bracket behind the monitor.

  • TONK TC-100: entry-level thin client. ARM processor, 2 GB RAM, 8 GB flash memory. RDP and VNC support. 5 W power consumption, fanless design — silent operation. For offices where employees work only with terminal applications.
  • TONK TC-200: mid-range thin client. x86 processor, 4 GB RAM, 16 GB flash memory. Citrix and VMware Horizon support.
  • TONK TC-300: high-performance thin client. Quad-core, 8 GB RAM, 32 GB flash memory. Supports three monitors and 4K resolution. For engineers and designers working via VDI.

2. Mini-PCs

  • TONK TC-BOX: x86-based mini-PC with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD. Can work as a full-fledged PC or as a thin client.

OS compatibility

TONK products are compatible with operating systems:

  • Astra Linux (Special Edition and Common Edition);
  • ALT Linux;
  • RED OS;
  • TOS (TIONIX Operating System);
  • Windows.

Application in the corporate environment

  • Government institutions: thin clients for government organizations. Russian production, certification. Centralized management — convenient for the IT department.
  • Education: computer classrooms based on thin clients. All applications are stored on the server, updates in one place.
  • Healthcare: working with MIS (medical information systems) through a thin client. Low power consumption for round-the-clock operation.

TONK advantages

  • Energy efficiency: a thin client consumes 5-15 W instead of the 200-300 W of a regular PC. Significant savings on electricity when deployed across many workstations.
  • Security: data is stored on the server, not on the client device. Information leakage is ruled out.
  • Compatibility: works with Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft RDS. Support of domestic operating systems.
  • Warranty: 3 years on all models.
