About Pozhtekhnika
Pozhtekhnika was founded on April 25, 2005. Over two decades, the company has grown from a small manufacturer to a market leader in automatic gaseous fire suppression systems. Today, Pozhtekhnika comprises seven companies with various areas of activity — from design and manufacturing to maintenance and a trading house.
Pozhtekhnika has its own full-cycle manufacturing. The factory in Monino (Moscow Region) features an automated line for producing welded cylinders, four CNC machining centers for manufacturing shut-off and start-up devices and other system components, as well as an automated line for thermocable (linear heat fire detector) production under license from Protectowire. The manufacturing site in Moscow houses assembly and testing facilities for the entire range of gaseous fire suppression modules, as well as R-Line and F-Line autonomous suppression systems, a high-purity nitrogen production line (99.9%), and a modern refueling station. The warehouse holds no less than 40 tons of FK-5-1-12 (Sineco® 1230) fire extinguishing agent, as well as Halon 125 and 227ea. The company's third factory is under construction in the Moscow Region.
The Pozhtekhnika Proekt design bureau employs more than 60 engineers. The company has developed its own automated design software suite CAADS® for gaseous fire suppression systems, which is gaining popularity among designers across the country and has no equivalents in either the domestic or global market.
During its history, Pozhtekhnika has protected more than 25,000 facilities across the country — from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin. Key clients include leaders in the oil and gas, banking, and IT industries, museums, metro lines, tunnels, logistics centers, and nuclear power plants in Russia and abroad.
Pozhtekhnika Product Categories
1. Automatic Gaseous Fire Suppression Systems
Pozhtekhnika is a leading Russian manufacturer of automatic gaseous fire suppression systems (AGFS) and has been producing them for over 14 years. The company offers systems using various gaseous fire extinguishing agents.
Fire Suppression Modules
| Component | Description | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Cylinders | Welded cylinders with fire extinguishing agent | Own manufacturing |
| Shut-off and start-up devices (SSD) | Electromagnetic valves for gas release | Own manufacturing at CNC centers |
| Selector valves | Gas distribution to multiple directions | Patented development from 2026 |
| Nozzle diffusers | Fire extinguishing agent distribution across room volume | Calculation for each specific facility |
Gaseous Fire Extinguishing Agents
- Sineco® 1230 (FK-5-1-12): A complete analogue of Novec™ 1230. A human-safe extinguishing agent that does not require evacuation of personnel before system activation. Effectively suppresses smoldering fires; when suppressing fires in rooms up to 12 meters high, the agent does not settle and its concentration does not decrease in the upper part of the room. Used for protecting facilities with permanent human presence — data centers, server rooms, museums, bank vaults.
- Halon 227ea: A low-toxicity gaseous fire extinguishing agent used for protecting electrical equipment and rooms with permanent human presence.
- Halon 125: A gaseous fire extinguishing agent for facilities with high fire suppression efficiency requirements.
- Carbon dioxide (CO₂): An affordable and effective extinguishing agent for protecting rooms without permanent human presence.
Fire Suppression Equipment
- Fire suppression modules: Cylinders with gaseous fire extinguishing agent and shut-off and start-up devices (SSD) of own production. The company manufactures its own SSDs, purchasing only pressure gauges and safety membranes.
- Selector valves: Distribution devices for directing the extinguishing gas flow to the room where a fire has occurred, when a single gaseous fire suppression station serves multiple directions. Developed, patented, and introduced to the market in 2026.
- Nozzle diffusers: Devices for uniform distribution of the gaseous fire extinguishing agent across the volume of the protected room.
2. Fire Alarm Systems
Pozhtekhnika offers modern fire alarm systems for early fire detection.
Aspirating Smoke Detectors (ASD)
Aspirating systems are designed for early-stage fire smoke detection, particularly in conditions of intensive air mixing (data centers, air-conditioned rooms). Features:
- OPTISENS series ASD: Network-controlled aspirating smoke detectors. The network version provides more effective protection for data centers (DC) and other facilities where air conditioning systems cause intensive air mixing, making point detectors potentially ineffective. This new product helps avoid false alarms, for example, when smoke enters from outside.
- IONOSENS series ASD: A range of aspirating smoke detectors manufactured in Russia.
Linear Heat Fire Detectors (Thermocable)
- Linear heat fire detector (thermocable): Thermocable production is carried out under license from Protectowire at an automated line in Monino.
- Innovative THSD: Thermocable with confirmed activation temperature.
LASERSENS Fiber-Optic System
A system with a linear heat fire detector based on optical fiber. Features:
- Range: Early fire detection over distances of up to 10 kilometers and more.
- Zoning: Ability to define up to 2,000 individual fire zones, each programmable individually — by threshold temperature or rate of temperature rise.
- Applications: Protection of logistics centers, large warehouses, warehouses with mezzanines. Several facilities have already been implemented for Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex.
3. Autonomous Fire Suppression Systems
Pozhtekhnika offers autonomous fire suppression devices for localized zones.
R-Line Device
A device for monitoring and suppressing fires in server racks. Designed for protecting IT equipment in data centers and server rooms.
F-Line Device
Compact devices with a heat-sensitive fusible tube for protecting electrical cabinets of small volume (up to 3 cubic meters).
Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems
Fire suppression systems for restaurants, including analogues of systems previously used by McDonald's (now Vkusno — i tochka).
4. Powder Fire Extinguishers
Pozhtekhnika produces portable powder fire extinguishers of the MIG series with fire extinguishing capacity from 1A 21B to 4A 144B.
5. Medical Equipment
Pozhtekhnika is an exclusive distributor of Schrack Seconek AG nurse call systems, including ward call systems and communication terminals for medical staff.
