Operations in Russia

InFocus officially withdrew from the Russian market in 2022. Import and distribution of InFocus products within the Russian Federation are restricted; supplies are available only through parallel import. Warranty service is not provided. For government projects, it is necessary to use Russian manufacturers of projectors and interactive panels that are included in the Ministry of Industry and Trade registry.

Warranty Terms

InFocus products were covered by a warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the equipment category. Under current conditions, warranty service is not officially provided.
