Operations in Russia

Hitachi officially withdrew from Russia in 2022. Equipment shipments are prohibited. Warranty service is not provided. For government projects, it is necessary to use domestic SAN manufacturers included in the Ministry of Industry and Trade registry.

Hitachi products were offered a warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the equipment category. Under current conditions, warranty service is not officially provided.
