Operations in Russia

Fujitsu officially withdrew from Russia in 2022. Equipment shipments are prohibited. Warranty service is not provided. For government projects, it is necessary to use Russian server and storage manufacturers included in the registry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Warranty Terms

Fujitsu products were covered by warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the equipment category. Under current conditions, warranty service is not officially provided.
