The automated information system «SKIF-BP» is software for automating public finance management, designed to build a technological chain for collecting, processing, delivering and analyzing financial information, supporting the processes of making operational and strategic decisions, planning, forecasting and management.

AIS «SKIF-BP» is a comprehensive solution in the field of integration and automation of the main financial management processes, which allows integrating and centralizing all information flows while forming the full cycle of the budget process.

AIS «SKIF-BP» is a full-fledged domestically produced alternative to the «Budget électronique» system (GIIS EB) and is successfully used in financial authorities of more than 20 regions of Russia to automate the budget process.

The «SKIF-BP» system is built on the basis of the secure digital platform «SintezM», which ensures a high level of data protection and operational reliability.

The flexibility of this system is ensured by the presence of various editors, which allows building both input and output forms in a short time without special training. The system supports electronic signature using certified cryptographic information protection tools (CIP).

Unique set of components

Le SI « SKIF-BP » se compose d'une base de données (SGBD Postgres, MS SQL Server) et de deux modules :

Module client bureautique (travail avec le système dans le LAN)

  • PA « Spécialiste » — provides operational support for input, output and processing of user data;
  • PA « Administrateur NSI » — provides operational changes of reference and regulatory information;
  • PA « Curateur de tâches » — provides support for constructing forms for collecting and processing information;
  • PA « Import » — provides loading of data from external sources into the database;
  • PA « Analytique » — provides support for constructing analytical reports;
  • PA « Administrateur » — is designed for user administration;
  • PA « Messages » — is designed for internal correspondence between all participants registered in the system.

Web client module (work with the system outside the LAN)
